Terms & Conditions.
These terms set out the relationship between Eighth Wonder Club and those we serve. They are written plainly, without unnecessary complication.

Our role
Eighth Wonder Club operates as a private access and experience house. We curate, advise and coordinate; we are not the operator of any venue, hotel or event, and act as a trusted intermediary between you and the partners delivering each experience.
Enquiries and confirmations
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Availability, pricing and access are confirmed only when we have responded in writing and the relevant deposit, where required, has been received.
Fees and payment
Fees are quoted on an experience-by-experience basis. They reflect both the cost of access and the discreet coordination required to deliver it. Payment terms are set out at the point of confirmation.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms vary by experience and partner. We will always communicate them clearly before any commitment is made. Where flexibility is possible, we will advocate for it on your behalf.
Conduct and discretion
Membership and access are extended on the basis of trust. We reserve the right to decline or end a relationship where conduct compromises the discretion, safety or experience of our partners, hosts or other members.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific experience in question. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent partners, though we will always work in good faith to resolve any concerns raised.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will, where possible, be resolved privately and in good faith between the parties.
