Where we receive details from a partner who has introduced you, we treat that information with the same care.

Information is used solely to respond to enquiries, curate experiences, manage memberships and maintain the relationships that make our work possible. We do not sell, trade or rent personal information under any circumstances.
Sharing with partners
When an experience requires coordination with a venue, hotel, host or partner, we share only the minimum information required to deliver it gracefully — and only with parties bound by equivalent standards of confidentiality.

Information is stored on protected systems within the United Kingdom and European Union, accessed only by authorised members of our team, and retained for the period necessary to honour the relationship.
